Short-notice requests are reviewed against current equipment, crew, transportation, and venue requirements.

Professional production pricing depends on the complete system, quantities, date, venue, transportation, access, labor, setup, operation, strike, power, rigging, consumables, and project duration. A direct review prevents incomplete packages and allows the quote to reflect the actual conditions of the job.

Yes. Equipment-only pickup may be available to approved clients when the selected equipment, transportation, and operator experience are appropriate. Rayo Sound can also provide delivery and collection, setup and strike, or complete technical operation.

Yes. Scheduled delivery and post-event collection are available based on location, equipment volume, vehicle requirements, access, timing, and crew availability. Delivery does not automatically include setup or strike unless those services appear in the approved scope.

Requirements vary by client and equipment and may include a signed rental agreement, valid identification or business credentials, payment or deposit, proof of insurance, and confirmation of qualified operators. Final requirements are confirmed in the written quote.

Yes. Audio engineers, lighting programmers and operators, video technicians, stagehands, production personnel, and other qualified specialists can be included according to the scope. Certain systems—such as rigging, chain hoists, event power, LED walls, and effects—may require professional personnel.

Yes. Rayo Sound can coordinate event-grade distribution, feeder, protected branch circuits, load planning, monitoring, and cable routing around the approved venue or generator power source. The power plan is developed from the equipment loads and site conditions.

Available categories include CO₂, haze, theatrical smoke, confetti, streamers, dry-ice low fog, and related atmospheric effects. Venue approval, fire-safety requirements, ventilation, audience and performer distance, consumables, cleanup, and trained operation are reviewed before confirmation.

Services can include planning, infrastructure coordination, mounting, racks, cabling, programming, testing, commissioning, training, and support.

Yes. We work with agencies, venues, planners, production companies, hospitality groups, AV integrators, touring teams, and other vendors as a lead technical producer, specialized supplier, sub-rental resource, or discreet extension of the partner’s team. The role and client-facing expectations are agreed before the job.

Rayo Sound is based in Hialeah and serves Miami, Miami-Dade County, South Florida, and selected projects beyond the immediate area when logistics and scope support the engagement.

Rayo Sound focuses on professional audio, lighting, LED video, DJ services, staging, rigging, event power, special effects, technical production, rentals, and permanent AV installation. We do not advertise tables, linens, florals, acrylic signage, or décor-design services, but we can coordinate our technical scope with the client’s planner, designer, or décor partner.
